About Danielle ...

Born as a highly empathic and sensitive soul Danielle has always felt more at home in the world of spirit than in the framework of cultural norms and expectations. It has taken her many years to learn to honor this inclination and to trust her innate intuition and guidance, but has since developed an unshakeable trust in this way of knowing and being in the world.

She found her way to yoga after seeing a poster of yoga asanas belonging to her friend`s mom as a teenager and had an immediate recognition of a coming home feeling that stayed. In her first classes she began to have transformative experiences and recognized this was her path of Self discovery. In this sense Danielle has never known yoga as an exercise form, only as a path for personal development and transformation.

After studying and practicing as a visual artist in Boston and New York City for many years, Danielle longed for grounding and more authenticity in her life. This led her to deepen her long-term yoga practice and deepen her studies in yoga to become a teacher. She studied for several years with a wonderful teacher named Lea Kraemer at a center called Prana Mandir in New York City. Here she dove into the sister science of Yoga, Ayurveda and had the chance to study with many other revered teachers in the New York area. With her practices she continued to have life transforming experiences which ultimately changed the course of her life dramatically.

Guidance led her out of New York City and into a new chapter of life in the German part of Switzerland. In this transition she was suddenly freed from much in which she formerly identified. This period of dis-identification from what she formerly knew gifted her an openness to explore life in a more present and curious way and found that not knowing is indeed a great portal to presence and happiness.

As a lifetime student, Danielle has continued to seek out inspirational and influential teachers. She has studied Yoga philosophy, Mantra and Meditation in depth with Sally Kempton- an international Tantra teacher with a gift for awakening the meditation current and Bhakti  devotion in her students. Later, she has discovered other dimensions of healing and practice with the revolutionary teacher Dr. Sue Morter where she has discovered the world of quantum science and bioenergetics as it relates to healing as well as yoga. She has also had the great fortune of personal guidance from mentor and spiritual guide Dani Antman. All of these experiences have facilitated her journey and longing for personal development on the spiritual path. In particular, her direct experiences in deep Meditation have allowed her to tap a well of creativity and joy where she gets to experience herself as a dynamic process of unfolding consciousness and love and where past hurts and limiting beliefs are continually uprooted for transmutation.

As a certified Yoga Teacher, Energy Codes® Coach, Group Facilitator, Remote and Hands on Healing Practitioner and modern mystic, she works in an intuitive way to sense and read the field, whether working with groups or  individuals in order to facilitate space for healing to occur.

Danielle is very grateful to have the gift of studying and practicing yoga in this lifetime!
