Relax and Renew A Hatha Yoga/ Yoga Nidra Workshop
In this Workshop we will explore the mind-body connection by working from the most physical and gross aspects of ourselves to the more inward and subtle. This will include a longer Yoga Asana Sequence, breath awareness and breathing exercises Pranayama, followed by a 30 Minute Yoga Nidra Meditation Relaxation Practice, exploring deep relaxation with effortless awareness. The goal is to guide the participants into an experience of how they can regulate and reduce tension, stress, and anxiety with selected tools out of the Yoga toolbox. Some time will be dedicated to discussing how we can integrate these tools and practices consciously into our everyday lives. The workshop will be taught in English but can be translated as necessary into German. Some experience in Yoga is helpful but is not required. We will meet in the Group Fitness Room at Kraftwerk. Yoga Matts und Props will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a large towel or blanket. Water, Tea, Fruit and light snacks will be provided at the conclusion of the Workshop.
